A customer roadshow designed to feel like it belonged everywhere it landed.
One annual conference puts customers on a plane. A roadshow puts you in their city. Better for them. Harder to pull off.
The brief was “design once, deploy everywhere.” The reality was venues confirming at the last minute, rooms we hadn’t seen yet. Paris gets a heritage building. Dallas gets an industrial loft. Frankfurt gets a stadium skybox. The system had to work in all of them.
Each stop was a single day, structured around what customers actually need: time with the product team, working sessions with implementation consultants on site, and an early look at where the platform was heading (including AI capabilities in development).
About 75 to 100 people per city. Close enough to run on real conversation.
Everyone came to work.
The visual language had to travel. A modular kit (stage backdrop, environmental graphics, pull-up banners, signage, wayfinding, print, swag, digital) built around a system that could be packed up and set down in a room we'd sometimes never seen before the morning of the event.
Every stop felt like Nintex Connect. None of them looked like the same template dropped in a new city.
In Dallas, a projected gobo handled the registration area. A wall wrap took the main corridor. Window clings covered the third-floor bank of windows with lines from the Nintex brand voice. Every surface a customer walked past was doing something.
Each city got localized collateral off the same system. Singapore needed wayfinding boxes and a printed menu. Paris got a day-of agenda. Dallas had table tents, name tags, a luncheon menu.
Different pieces, same visual language. You'd know they were all Nintex Connect at a glance.
The stuff that leaves the room with people. Stickers for every city, tote bags on every chair in London.
A system that ran six times without looking like it ran out of ideas.
Dallas added a networking game: find someone in the room who matches a description (a job title, a specific challenge, how they work) and mark them off.
People bingo dressed up as brand copy. It got people off their phones and talking to strangers.
Pre-event emails, post-event follow-ups, city-specific email headers. The same visual system in every inbox, before and after every stop.
